A loyalty program that we created to THANK YOU for shopping at Clothworks. Anytime you purchase from us while logged into a registered account, you will earn 3% of what you spend (excluding taxes, coupons and shipping fees) back in Cloth Bucks.
This essentially means that after your first purchase at Clothworks, each order you place earns you 3% back towards your next purchase. We want you to continue shopping with us!
Remember that you must be LOGGED IN to your Clothworks account in order to earn Cloth Bucks when making a purchase.

What is Cloth Bucks? Cloth Bucks is a store credit that you can redeem only at www.clothworks.shop.
How do I join the Cloth Bucks? Once you create an account at Clothworks you will automatically be enrolled.
Simple. The next time you shop at Cloth Bucks, your Cloth Bucks will automatically appear as a store credit at checkout, and will be deducted from your order total.
What if I placed orders before registering an account on Clothworks?
You can only earn Cloth Bucks on purchases by being logged into your account at the time of purchase. You cannot earn Cloth Bucks on purchases made before registering an account with Clothworks or on orders placed while not logged into your account.
Unfortunately we are not able to apply Cloth Bucks retroactively.
Do my Cloth Bucks expire? No, your Cloth Bucks never expire.
What happens if I return an item on which I earned Cloth Bucks?
If you return an item that earned Cloth Bucks, the rewards earned from that purchase will be deducted from your Cloth Bucks balance. If the Cloth Bucks earned has already been redeemed, we will deduct that amount from the total refund that is credited to your original method of payment.
What are the rules and regulations of the program?
- Cloth Bucks are available to registered, online, retail customers purchasing through clothworks.shop only.
- You earn Cloth Bucks for writing approved product reviews and additional Cloth Bucks for submitting a photo with your review. We accept one review per product, and while we will happily accept multiple photos for one product review we will only reward Cloth Bucks for one photo per product review.
- Cloth Bucks earned on purchases and product reviews may take up to 24 hours to post to your account. Weekend orders and reviews will post by the Tuesday after the weekend.
- Cloth Bucks earned are exclusive of coupon discounts, tax payments, and shipping fees.
- When a gift card is purchased, the purchaser (gift giver) earns the points, and not the gift card recipient.
- Cloth Bucks earned and is redeemable by the e-mail address of the account only.
- Cloth Bucks are non-transferable.
- Cloth Bucks may be redeemed for new purchases at Clothworks.shop and has no cash value.
- Cloth Bucks are not redeemable toward exchanges.
- Cloth Bucks may not be redeemed for credit to a payment method or actual cash; it may only be redeemed for items on our website.
- Clothworks reserves the right to make changes to or end this program at any time. Any rewards earned prior to such actions will be honored.
